And is Vinyasa based – to build up heat in the body with movements and shining the breath.

Yoga (Jo Dando)

Mondays  7.45pm - 8.45pm

I deliver healing yoga practices; guided breathwork and relaxation that help you give back to yourself in a nurturing way. 

 

These practices will help you reduce anxiety and physical and mental stress. You will learn tools and practices that will empower you to feel at ease within your body and calmer within your mind

This modern Hatha yoga and relaxation class is suitable for all abilities as low to high options are taught. The yoga poses/asanas will energise and improve your strength, balance, flexibility and help your mental health. It is a very friendly class and newcomers are always welcome.

Yoga (Linda Stone)

Wednesdays  6.30pm - 7.30pm

I have been practising yoga for 22 years and teaching my 'hatha yoga flow' class for over 6 years. My class starts with a dynamic warm up to lovely music, moving on to standing postures and continuing with floor work, easy to harder options, so suitable for all, and finishing with a soothing relaxation.
