Our outreach project started in May 2021 to deliver activities to sheltered housing schemes in the local community with funding from Together and United Welsh.

The Project has given tenants the opportunity to take part in activities in their lounges, including:

Chair Exercises

Social Afternoons

Art Classes

Digital Support

​

The project will be handed over to United Welsh’s connect team to continue activities at the end of April 2023.
