This weekly volunteer led chair exercise group was set up in 2017. The sessions are also zoomed out to people at home and in supported housing schemes and are followed by refreshments and chat.

This class is perfect for those wanting to learn new styles of dance, meet new friends and have fun!! We travel around the world through dance with DDMIX Sit each week, no prior dance or travel experience necessary, just comfortable clothes and shoes!! Specifically tailored for seated dance.
